A Sega revelou outros 10 jogos que estarão contidos no Sega Mega Drive Mini.

- Street Fighter II: SPECIAL CHAMPION EDITION
- Ghouls 'n Ghosts
- Alex Kidd in the Enchanted Castle
- Beyond Oasis
- Golden Axe
- Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium
- Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball
- Vectorman
- Wonder Boy in Monster World

Os últimos 10 jogos serão anunciados em Junho, três meses antes do lançamento em 19 de Setembro, e podemos esperar 40 jogos no total, incluindo Sonic the Hedgehog, Ecco the Dolphin, Castlevania: Bloodlines e Streets of Rage 2.
